The $11 million growth is being delivered by Baw Baw Shire Council in partnership with the Victorian Government and can function:

- Spectator seating and lounge viewing space
- New café and kitchen
- Referee change room
- First assist room
- Storage services
- Swim membership retailer
- Public facilities together with Changing Places accessible change room
