As many as 278,300 youngsters from 9 months to 5 years had been screened for Malnutrition throughout a week-long drive which began in all tehsils of the district on December 5 .
The 133,217 boys and 145,083 ladies between 9 months to 5 have been screened and after identification of Severe Acute Malnutrition(SAM) in 1,233 boys and 1,413 ladies, therapeutic meals(RUTF) dietary supplements have been supplied to them.—APP
