WASHINGTON – Following Monday’s executive order from President Joe Biden on biotechnology and biomanufacturing, Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Chairwoman Debbie Stabenow of Michigan issued the next assertion:

That’s why I included my Grow it Here, Make it Here Initiative within the 2014 Farm Bill, and that’s why I’m enthused about President Biden’s National Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Initiative,” stated Chairwoman Stabenow. “This means extra jobs, extra sustainable merchandise, and a provide chain that’s extra dependable and resilient as a result of it doesn’t depend upon international imports.
