PINE RIVER — The Senior Nutrition Program affords a nutritionally balanced meal for all folks and is open once more for in-person eating. Masks are not necessary.
Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday-Friday on the Heartland Apartments, 445 Snell Ave., in Pine River.
The instructed voluntary donation is $5 per meal for these over 60 and $8.50 for these below 60.

Menus are topic to vary. Meals are served with low-fat milk.
- Monday: Orange rooster, brown rice, Oriental greens, mandarin oranges, dessert.
- Tuesday: Kitchen closed for out-of-town cooks’ assembly.
- Wednesday: Ham and turkey, salad, contemporary orange, breadstick, dessert.
- Thursday: Pepper steak or liver, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots, dinner roll with margarine, dessert.
- Friday: Fish patty with tartar sauce and a bun, tacky hashbrowns, baked beans, dessert.
