The turning level: The turning level for me was once I began to really feel torpid with none purpose and when my favorite garments stopped becoming me. That was once I realised I needed to do one thing about my weight.
My breakfast: Masala oats/one huge bowl of oatmeal/5 boiled egg whites
My lunch: 2 chapatis, one bowl dal, one giant inexperienced salad (mixture of carrot, radish, cucumber, onion, lemon )
My dinner: Vegetable soup or hen soup /5 boiled egg whites
Pre-workout meal: 8 -10 almonds soaked in a single day, lemon water earlier than exercise and black espresso whereas understanding
Post- exercise meal: 1 piece apple/small portion of papaya.
