Introduction
The continuation of battle in Northeast Nigeria has created a fancy humanitarian disaster, rendering sections of Borno and Adamawa states as arduous to succeed in. To deal with data gaps dealing with the humanitarian response and inform humanitarian actors on the demographics of households in hard-to-reach areas of Northeast Nigeria, in addition to to establish their wants, entry to companies and motion intentions, REACH has been conducting month-to-month assessments of hard-to-reach areas in Northeast Nigeria since November 2018.
