Weekly fitness program offered free to area seniors – BG Independent News

Wood County Senior Center at 140 S. Grove St., Bowling Green

The Wood County and Perrysburg Area Senior Centers are holding a weekly Club F.I.T. train class that’s free and open to these 50 years of age and older.

This Fitness Interactive Teaching (F.I.T.) program will present strengthening exercising and academic tricks to hold you actively unbiased. Few applications deal with the upkeep of talents after rehabilitation or remedy is accomplished.

Classes on the Wood County Senior Center, 140 S. Grove St., Bowling Green, are held on Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. Classes on the Perrysburg Area Senior Center, Schaller Building – 130 W. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg, are held on Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m.
