Nutrition creator and social media diet coach Max Lugavere has taken to Instagram to share together with his followers what he eats in a day. Lugavere is a 39 years outdated New York Times science author, and a greatest promoting creator of books like Genius Foods, Genius Life and Genius Kitchen.

Lugavere constantly takes to Instagram with diet recommendation like how to (really) detox (trace: it has nothing to do with detox tea) and how to stop feeling shitty all the time.

On Saturday Lugavere posted a video which confirmed what he eats in a day. He captioned the video: “What I eat in a day! Does something shock you? Any questions? Now enterprise off and eat like MEEE! (Just kidding, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all eating regimen.)⁣⁣⁣”

In the video, Lugavere says he drinks black, half power espresso, with heavy cream. Then he has some salmon with crimson cabbage slaw and brussel sprouts. Next up it’s two brazil nuts which he says “assist hormone manufacturing.”

After that, he reveals off a protein shake for some publish work out leucine (an important amino acid that’s used within the biosynthesis of proteins).
