Weight loss story: “I lost 33 kilos despite eating roti and rice every day. Here’s how I did it”

My breakfast: 6 boiled eggs (2 entire and 4 whites solely)

My lunch: Rice, Pulses/Dal (kidney beans, white chickpeas, moong dal) and curd.

My dinner: Roti, Paneer, veggies and curd

I take pleasure in (What you eat in your cheat days): Everything and something, non-vegetarian and vegetarian, each. In non-vegetarian it’s principally butter hen, mutton korma with ghee/butter rotis. In vegetarian, it’s shahi paneer and dal makhani.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Dry fruits and seasonal fruits are good to satisfy your candy cravings and never really feel too responsible about overdoing the energy.
