
East Devon private coach Max Richards, also referred to as The Fitness Goose, has accomplished an epic 24-hour gymathon to lift cash for the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.
Max first set himself the problem again in December however was pressured to delay because of the prolonged lockdown imposed round Christmas.
Not keen to ever quit on his quest, the Fitness Goose saved to his phrase and set about 24 hours of rowing, biking and operating at Puregym in Exeter.
Over the course of a particularly tiring however rewarding day, he accomplished over 51,000 metres on the rowing machine, cycled greater than 84 miles and ran 20.2 miles.
