Bhujangasana is a back-bending pose in hath yoga, and is often carried out in a cycle of asanas in Surya Namaskar.

Talking about the advantages of this asana, the Kalank actor stated that it strengthens the backbone, stimulates belly organs and relieves stress and fatigue.

Here’s how you are able to do Bhujangasana, in response to artofliving.com:

*Lie flat in your abdomen. Keep your legs shut with the toes and heels flippantly touching one another.

*Place your fingers on the bottom below your shoulders. Elbows must be parallel and near the torso.

*Take a deep breath and raise your head, chest and stomach off the bottom.

*Putting equal strain on each fingers, push the torso again and curve your backbone. Look up as you accomplish that.

*Maintain the posture for a couple of seconds earlier than returning to the beginning place.
