
LAKEVIEW — Personal health companies in Lakeview are providing free outside exercise lessons to neighbors this summer season.
The Lakeview Roscoe Village Lincoln Hub Summer Workout Series occurs at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. each Monday and Tuesday by means of Aug. 31 at South Lakeview Park, 1300 W. Wolfram St.
Participants will take part a mixture of health lessons that change each week. They are hosted by native companions resembling Five Keys Yoga, Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, Pure Barre, Evolve Fitness, Power Sculpt Fitness, The Peace School, StretchLab Lakeview and CrossTown Fitness.
Each class is is BYOM (convey your individual mat) and features a advised $10 donation, which shall be cut up between the health companions and the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce, which helps native companies with its sources and programming.
