Loose Women host Ruth Langsford has been smashing her health objectives lately – and followers are so impressed along with her dedication.

The glamorous 61-year-old loved a critically wholesome breakfast on Sunday morning, posting the hearty meal to her Instagram tales with the caption: “Healthy breakfast for me in the present day… now that I’m a runner!!!”

The star’s brunch included two poached eggs on a slice of brown toast, spinach, mushrooms and two grilled tomatoes – a scrumptious wholesome various to a basic full English breakfast, which may be extraordinarily excessive in saturated fat.

It comes after Ruth, who’s married to fellow This Morning host Eamonn Holmes has been having fun with a severe well being kick over the previous few weeks. During lockdown the star took up a every day skipping problem and dedicated to finishing 10k steps a day – which has lately become the sofa to 5k problem.

Her most up-to-date video attracted a rally of her mates and co-hosts to reward her for the unimaginable achievement of operating greater than she walked in her newest sofa to 5k coaching.  

Amanda Holden supplied her help with a purple coronary heart and an applause emoji, while TV presenter Lizzie Cundy wrote: “Looking fabulous! Well completed darling.”
