A FITNESS fanatic who did not usually drink failed a breathalyser as he drove house after having a few pints at a buddy’s home.
Blackburn magistrates heard Mateusz Bruchwald would lose his job as a supply driver because of the inevitable disqualification.
Bruchwald, 29, of Eastgate, Accrington, pleaded responsible to driving with extra alcohol. He was fined £120 with £85 prices and £34 sufferer surcharge. He was banned from driving for 17 months. Bruchwald gave a breathalyser studying of 64 in opposition to the authorized restrict of 35.
