NITI Aayog, in partnership with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Centre for Social and Behaviour Change, Ashoka University has launched Poshan Gyan, a nationwide digital repository on well being and vitamin.
“The creation of Poshan Gyan was a landmark second. The actual change could be caused solely by way of altering behaviours on the bottom. The excessive malnutrition persists regardless of India being a food-surplus nation, which factors in direction of a transparent want for behavioural change,” NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Dr Rajiv Kumar stated.
The launch occasion was addressed by NITI Aayog Vice-Chairman Dr Rajiv Kumar, CEO Amitabh Kant, Women and Child Development Secretary Ram Mohan Mishra and Additional Secretary Dr Rakesh Sarwal.
